Services
Oodles provides dog walking and related pet care services within the UK. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, scheduling, and your pet’s needs.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
Prices, payment frequency, and accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is due as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a walk.
Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be charged.
Oodles reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to adverse weather, safety concerns, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Access to Your Home
Where applicable, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home (including keys, lockboxes, or access codes). Oodles will take appropriate care to keep all access details secure and confidential.
Pet Health & Behaviour
You confirm that your dog is healthy, vaccinated, microchipped (where required), and fit for walking.
Any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements must be disclosed before services begin.
Oodles reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog displays aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable behaviour that could put people, other animals, or property at risk.
Liability
While Oodles takes all reasonable care, dog walking and pet care involve inherent risks.
Oodles is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, third-party actions, or pre-existing conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify Oodles against claims arising from your pet’s actions, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Emergencies & Veterinary Care
In the event of an emergency, Oodles will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If you are unavailable, you authorise Oodles to seek veterinary treatment for your pet. Any resulting costs will be your responsibility.
Pet Photos & Social Media
From time to time, Oodles may take photos or short videos of your pet during walks or care visits.
These images may be used for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
We will never include your personal details (such as your address or surname) alongside your pet’s image.
If you do not wish for your pet to appear in photos or marketing materials, you may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
