Our super user-friendly booking system lets you pick the dates and services that work best for you, whether your pup needs daycare fun, daily walks, overnight cuddles, or quick check-ins. Ready to get started? Here’s how it works

  • Request an account through our online system, Time To Pet. Fill in your basic info and let us know which services you’re looking for. We’ll be in touch ASAP—no waiting around like a dog at the window!

  • We’ll schedule a Meet & Greet at your home with your assigned pet carer. This is where they meet you and your pets, learn routines, and answer any questions. Think of it as a first date… but way cuter.
    (Please allow as much lead time as possible before bookings.)

  • That’s it! We’ll care for and love your pets whenever you need us. For future services, just hop into your client portal and request care—it’s that easy.

    (You may be assigned a different pet carer for future visits, but you can always schedule another Meet & Greet.)
